Got a flashing Keen? We'll help you fix that.

When Keen is plugged in, the bracelet light should breathe to indicate charging is in process and should go solid when charging is complete. If the light does not go solid after 3 hours of charging please contact us at support@habitaware.com and let us know which light pattern you see:

Charging Light Pattern A: "breathing" If you see this, it's all good.

Charging Light Pattern B: "flashing" This can sometimes be triggered by a power surge, for example if a power strip or light switch that is powering Keen is turned off or on.  If you see this pattern, please detach Keen from the USB charger, and replug it in. If you still see this pattern after doing this, please contact us for a replacement.
